Sarah's pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not anymore) when it comes to food. Not only their food is amazing (we appreciate the great variety/selection), but their customer service is no longer good. We were at several locations and the Eaton is far above the rest. I think this should be attributed to her team leader: Management, Stephanie. I have seen them in their element while ordering and often wait in the lobby. She never stops! Not only does it have the respect of all employees (not afraid to work directly next to them), but it also ensures that everyone who goes through this door is welcomed in the middle. If this is not the most popular pizza place in the city, I don't know what could be. Everything tasted as good as it looked in the online pics. Our only criticism was that I think the apple stocks were something under boiled. They were good, but it seemed like they needed a minute in the oven. The staff was super friendly and helpful in our choice. As passionate as the lady behind the counter I had to ask if she was Sarah, but she wasn't. We would definitely stop here if we were out of the area.
The pizza always tastes great, but we never got a delivery that was cut as desired, see picture for the pizza strips tonight? I suppose it's an online ordering problem since we're never again the extra sour cream with the potato pizza that is cut into slices instead of squares every time lol EDIT: as funny as pizza strips are, its nice that Sarahs are ready to make it right and I guess that. EDIT 2: absolutely perfect, also tastes amazing. I can't thank Stephanie enough for doing this right.
I had the most wonderful experience eating in Sarahs, the food was absolutely amazing and the woman helped me, Maddy, was exceptionally friendly and offers perfect service!! 10/10 would recommend
