Can I start with I love Sardi's (in Maryland) I recommend it to anybody that brings up Peruvian food. Its better than Pollo Rico I'm upset there aren't more in VA but maybe this experience is why! This place is hit or miss. Yesterday I had rice that was hard because it was under-cooked. Other times I have been there the food has been ok, then you go back and the sandwich is extremely sloppy to the point where its not a sandwich anymore. Somedaysthe order is ready at the specified time other days you'll be waiting 10 minutes after the pickup time.
They have the best food. My favorites are the vegetables (Brussel sprouts, greenbeans, mixed vegetables, plantains and the yellow sauce times 2 or 3 containers) ??????. They opened anothe location in Alexandria. I found 10% coupons at the international market information board.. I need more coupons.
The food was delicious, with generous portions and excellent service. However, the atmosphere was uncomfortable as the air conditioner seemed to be broken, making it feel like I was being roasted. Parking is available at the shopping mall nearby.

Best selection of Peruvian food I found in Northern VaI girlfriend told me about place over a year ago and I have driven past many time.

Not good. Undercooked chicken and brussel sprouts. Yuca were grease sponges. Waste of money.
