Tonight I cut my own pizza. Not a huge deal bc thankfully I'm not ordering lunch in an office where there's no pizza cutter but the inconsistencies of this location persist. Chicago's Diversey location was top notch. For 2 years I've had to order fromElmhurst and am disappointed each time. Whether it's cutting my own pizza, under cooked, overcooked and dry, no Mariana, nopeperonchinis, cold, there's always something off. I've called and very kindly shared this..., I was casually given a credit I'mnot sure I ever used.., but the consistency is awful each time I order, I miss the Chicago location! (granted that was 2 yearsago now)
I attempted to place an order for a pizza at 9:04 PM on September 28. The first time I called, the person took my order but then abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, I was told that I hadn’t specified it was for delivery. I pointed out that I wasn’t given a chance to clarify before they asked for my credit card information. The person responded by telling me not to give them attitude. After that exchange, I chose not to proceed with my order as I didn’t feel comfortable continuing.
This restaurant is definitely a good option for those looking for a quick meal, especially late at night when it's one of the few places open. While the food was served hot, I didn't find it particularly appetizing. The prices are reasonable for what you get, but I probably won’t return; I wouldn’t want to spend nearly $20 on baked spaghetti that wasn't impressive. I'd much rather spend that amount at a true Italian restaurant.
Sarpino's Elmhurst consistently delivers excellent customer service and delicious pizza. Whether it's for family gatherings or office events, they never disappoint. They also have vegan options available for those with dietary restrictions. My favorite is the spinach special—I can't help but order it every time!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! They serve delicious plant-based meats that elevate the dishes to a whole new level. The meals come generously covered in sauce, just like the classic Chicago style. It's truly fantastic! This is an update from my previous review on October 9, 2023.
This restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options, making ordering a breeze, and their delivery is prompt. The only drawback is that it can be somewhat pricey, and vegan dishes are not included in the specials. Nonetheless, we consistently enjoy our meals when we order from here.
Sarpinos Elmhurst has always exceptional customer service and delicious pizza. I command family and office events and they are never disappointed. They even have vegan options for our friends with food restrictions. My favorite is the Spinat special I order every time.
it took an hour to get my food over the door bag, the driver had to wait 20 minutes to get the food. get the pizza and they didn't even cut it. I couldn't really eat it. come they, it's a $28 deep dish pizza tip and they forget to cut it.

The food was fresh and delicious, I will definitely visit this location again. It was very good. The order was hot and ready in about ten minutes.
I really liked the vegan pizza, but the vegan cheesy bread was definitely my favorite.
