I go to Annecy about twice a year, This month again I went to the Le Sarto with 3 business associates and had again a bad meal. Where as the location is ideal, again this year my steak was overcooked in grizzle, tough and truly unpleasant. The accompanying french fries were industrial and barely warm. My guests ' dished were very bland and disappointing. I gave them a second chance and was received with the same poor food. There are many better restaurants in the old town an up the canal. Please stay away from this trap (which is not cheap either and has barely adequate service).
Sunny Sunday afternoon in beautiful Annecy. Walking along the canal, we wanted to sit and have a drink in one of the many terrasses. Sarto now called Taverne Fischer is almost empty so we sit and call the waiter. But he says we can not just sit and have a drink because they must keep the tables for the dinner. It was almost 1 hour before dinner time... It means this place called a Taverne and Fischer a bier, refuse to serve drinks ! So we go just 10 meters away in the next Restaurant called Le Munich and we meet a very kind waiter and have a drink on the terrasse. Splendid !
We arrived two days in a row. The staff is warm and dynamic. Quick and efficient service. We will come back to eat delicious little dishes from our next visit to this beautiful city. On the other hand... shame there's no table to change for babies. Very fast.

A restaurant at the top of the festivities, I was looking for a brazade and found it here. A sweet meat of delicious sauces. I'm valid and our gwendoline waitress is very pleasant. Bravo o sees the professional.
We had a drink here today. Lovely views. No food before 7pm. Please stop using plastic straws or at least ask people if they want a straw. If using straws, please use biodegradable straws. Thank you.
excellent table, I love the new decor, the boss and the employees are professional, always smiling......the menu is varied and the dishes are delicious. I recommend this establishment.
We took the excellent Café de Paris for four people. Very good taste and really good served. Meat is excellent, much better than in Geneva where they now serve imported Halal meat.

Ten euros for a pint of beer! Embarrassed to have to stop for a drink here, but everywhere else was full. Service was slow, too. Horrible experience.
