The experience we had at this restaurant was very uncomfortable, and it was clear that we weren't welcomed. As a bi-racial couple, we were excited to try something new, but right from the moment we entered, we felt ignored. When we finally sat down, the waitress didn't make any eye contact and abruptly asked us what we wanted. Throughout our meal, no one checked in on us to see if we needed more water, soda, or anything else. The utensils were carelessly tossed onto the table, and before we had even finished our food, one of the waitresses rushed over to remove our plates, seemingly eager for us to leave. It was particularly disheartening to see other diners, who were finished, still sitting...

In my opinion they got the best Hainanese chicken over rice. As you guys realize now a days when you pay with credit card at a restaurant they charge you that extra 3% for credit card payment fee. Unless you pay cash then it is a flat amount of courseplus tax. So why should customers have to pay that credit card processing fee when y?all the business that have credit cardpayment as an option and have an agreement to pay that fee. That?s my only issue. Other than that the food is good. Service isokay. They will fullfilll most of the requests.

As a Malaysian, I thought the food was decent. However, the customer service could definitely improve. The person at the counter appeared displeased when I chose to pay by card instead of cash, even though my total was under $15. Overall, the food is fairly priced, but it seems like they judge customers based on their spending. I won't be coming back for a second visit.

Ive had a craving for Malaysian cuisine for a few months, so I was happy to find this restaurant. Ive ordered from Satay twice and the food was delicious, affordable, and delivered on time. My favorite dishes were the Coconut Calamari and Mee Goreng. They even added in an extra side of chicken satay. Book a table now

Unfortunately, most of the food was rather bland, even after adding spices and peppers. The sauces were acceptable, but the main dishes really lacked flavor. On a positive note, the Half Hainanese Chicken was cooked well. Overall, I would give it a score of 110.

This is a great Malaysian restaurant. Very (Malaysian) local style and service that people from South East Asia should feel really like home. Love their Roti Canai! It's hard to beat this tasty food and good price.

We enjoyed the curry beef, which was incredibly tender. The chicken satay is a must-try, and we ordered two servings. We also had a large bowl of shrimp noodle soup.

Food are good and price is reasonable. Almost full house on a weekday. Indian bread and Buddhist delight and Hainanese chicken are my favorites.
