Located only a few minutes from South Perth foreshore, SOC provides an authentic Malaysian dining experience without breaking the budget. My favourite is Nasi Lemak (more specifically the spicy beef randang). I also tried the iced lychee (on a 37 degree day)...definitely a winner!! Service is quick and efficient.
Great authentic satay, affordable and good value for money! Mee goreng and nasi goreng are delicious too. However, we found the taste varies on the last few times we came. Seems a bit inconsistent. Drinks are quite a let down as the teh tarik & bandung are way too sweet.
This was a quick dinner as we were right bunny late for Beccy Cole! We had the front page chicken satay sticks and some nasi goreng in an omelet and a beef rendang with rice. No complaints. The service was prompt and friendly.
Yum yum yum. Tasty malaysian street food. Good variety on the menu. Quick and friendly service. We sat outside which was nice on a chilly monday evening. Will definitely be back for our hawkers fix.
