I visited Sathu’s Deli for a sandwich and tried the eggplant Katsu schiacciata. It was massive and incredibly delicious, offering a fantastic blend of flavors and textures. I also sampled the La Vedura, which was equally impressive. One portion was substantial enough for both of us, so we saved half for the next day, and it was still superb. We enjoyed coffee at the cafe, which was expertly brewed, and the staff were delightful. It’s definitely worth the trip to dine here. We liked it so much that we picked up another katsu to enjoy on our drive back to Melbourne.
