In addition to miso soup, gyoza, wakame and ebi tempura, we tried the nigiri and Californian maki with tuna and salmon. for the price after deduction of the discount, absolutely recommendable to bets! €28 including a drink for Japanese betting! wow! and everything for 2 (!!!) people!
We made the mistake of lunch quickly here simply because we were hungry. the ramen were accompanied by a good gyoza, but the base of the soup was soy sauce in boiled water, the noodles looked like instant noodles and the pork slices were very salted. I didn't have a bowl of ramen so lacking complexity but also rich in salt. I couldn't continue; I've lost enough time.
We went to satoshi's house because it was 22:35 and all the Japanese restaurants in the neighborhood just closed (22:30). I think the staff was Chinese and not Japanese, which is bad. the food was good and we were not bad after dinner. . . the hygiene of the place is very bad, the ingredients of the dishes are stored in plastic buckets, not recommended.
After having toured several restaurants of ramen on Paris and even the most recognized, I always come back to this restaurant! A quiet and quiet atmosphere with a very welcoming and warm staff.
