We arrived at the restaurant with an open table and were not disturbed. We had arranged for three different babysitters for our children (3 couples were reserved for dinner), drove to the restaurant and used valet parking, only to find out they had no reservation for us. When I asked if they had transferred the reservations, they said they had, but not ours. I inquired why they did not contact me (I had provided my number) and the manager rudely responded, "how could I contact you if we didn't use this system". The management was terrible with minimal attention to their customers.
We have been coming to Pine Tavern for years. We had patio seating and the temp. was perfect with a mild breeze. We were a party of 6. The Rueben sandwich was very dry.....not much 1,000 Island dressing. One person in our party ordered ginger ale and when he asked for a refill, he was not informed that the ginger ale was not a free refill and charged them for a second drink. We all felt that the server should have explained that this is from the bar and not a free refill. Other than that, we had a very nice time together.
We had a group of 7 and the restaurant sat us right away, service was fast, excellent recommendations and high quality food. Staff was friendly, funny and professional, making the meal feel upscale but at reasonable prices. Setting is awesome right in the river and many sites to see all around. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Bend!
Great atmosphere and ambiance. The setting for outdoor dining-along the river with a wonderful deck and patio-makes for a wonderful summer dining experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was very good, but not amazing. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Bend.

We were able to sit out on the patio and had just a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious and the people were friendly and attentive. It seems they've remodeled it and it looks better than ever
The atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely and the service was excellent. Our meal was tasty, though I was hoping for something outstanding given the price. I ordered the red snapper.
French onion soup - outstanding; Elk special - wine/blueberry reduction great, but Elk was dry; fettuccine alfredo was sticky, not creamy and a bit too salty; I expected better.
This is a go-to place for us on Sunday afternoons because of the consistently good food, lovely atmosphere, and attentive service.

Beautifully scenic outdoor seating. The food was average, but the view of Mirror Pond made up for it.
