This was the second time my husband and I stayed at the Hotel Can Galvany and ate at the hotel restaurant. I remembered last years experience at the restaurant positively, but did not enjoy it as much this time. The price of the menu was very reasonable and the restaurant is beautiful. It really is a restaurant for hotel guests. There were about 4-5 tables being waited on at the same time and I ordered fish that was not cooked through. I ate half of it before realizing and was full enough. I noticed a man at another table nearby send his food back to the kitchen for the same reason. He waited for a while to try to get the attention of the wait staff, but eventually had to walk into the kitch...
Fuimos por un combo de comida spa y la verdad que no fue lo que esperábamos.El menú era escueto, con tres platos por primero y tres por segundo.El primero era ensalada, crema de espárragos o pasta, el segundo un pescado, carne o pato. Pues no tenían pato, en un menú de 6 platos... Y a las 14:00h, no había pato.De postre tampoco tenían lo que pedimos, nos tocó comer una crema catalana que no estaba ni como opción.La carta de vinos escueta y desmedida, tienes vinos de 12 20€ y luego sube a 40, 70 y 400€, sin intermedios ni mucha explicación.No es un sitio para volver.
Based on a Michelin recommendation, we stopped here for lunch on our way from Barcelona to the Dali Museum. A very pleasant, quiet spot with a well-appointed resto. Unfortunately, it suffers from hotel restaurant syndrome, so the service was indifferent. When we were served the world's toughest (most overcooked) lobster in our entrée salad, the waiter made no move to reduce our bill. The paella was good, but we would not return to this resto.
Saulo, was convenient for the 1st night we arrived to Vallromanes. It is in the hotel Can Galvany in which we stayed, at only 8 km from the racing track of Catalunya in Montmelo. The restaurant opens at 20:30, so don't come earlier for dinner. Food was good and the value for money was very good. I recommend this restaurant if you are staying in the area.

If you're staiyng at Can Galvany or in Vallromanes, Saulo it's a good choice for your dinner. It's fancy enough and discrete. The food is good, and the presentation of the plates is tough. The service is pleasant and there's a decent wine selection to pick from. So if you're in these surroundings I recommend that you give it a try.
Great locally influenced food that showcases ingredients and doesn 't lose focus. Interesting daily menus and wine list. Service is definitely 'relaxed ' so either relax back into it and keep drinking, or warn the team in advance that you need to move a little faster
Comida de diseño, escasa, como el personal. En consecuencia servicio insuficiente. Precio dentro de mercado.
En general, todo muy bien.Una buena carta, y el personal muy atento.
