Preceded by the tour of the truffle, our lunch on September 19, 2019 was memorable both by the quality of the local products and by the talents of the cooker: cooking and seasonings just: with, among others, foie gras and truffle, anchaud melting in the mouth, cake with nuts, and pleasure.
