From the welcome to the visit of the garden to the meal of course, only happiness. Lunch in the middle of the garden where fruits and vegetables are grown is a rather unique experience. With local and healthy meats, fish and wines. The guests are wonderful of kindness, their cuisine is both sought after, tasty but without esbroufa or false sophistication. Was I already attacked 3 hours just to extend the moment? No! But now we feel so good that it's really hard to leave. The reception, the quality of the products, the serenity of the hosts and the place, everything deserves to go there and return there. I'll go back!
Taste and flavours never lived. What a wonderful lunch in the shade of pines and other cedars of Lebanon surrounded by fig trees, accc, pears, olive trees, etc... Everything is cooked directly from the garden. I reconciled myself with the toro meat that was tender and tasteful coming from the property next door. The dessert with fresh rotary figs, rosemary ice cream, to fall! The welcoming and friendly young owners made this day a feast. In short, I recommend without hesitation!
A recital of flavors. The dishes are made from orchard and garden products. Not only of season and an exceptional freshness but associated according to the rules of art by Pierre, they blend harmoniously with the red tuna of the nearby Mediterranean. The dessert, on the theme of apricot on a crumble base is a pure wonder, bravo to Elena.
