Rather accustomed to the old restaurant at this address, I came without making a reservation, with 3 colleagues. Restaurant not very busy, while the old one was always full. The menu: lots of meats, good Ok. The entrecote is beautiful, but as the cooking requested was Blue, it was served on a cold plate, therefore cold.... too bad. The fries as garnish were barely warm. D Shame. 5 tables occupied, in a room of around 30. Really weird. Finally, it is Tuesday noon, and the cook arrives at the bar to see the waitress in a chef's jacket that sports all the colors, except the initial White. It's hard to believe he got dirty from today's service, so how long has he been wearing that jacket? Not re...
