Three of us went on a Wednesday night at 5:00. Two of us ordered their famous Aruba Rib, both medium. It was ice cold, out of the refrigerator, not even warmed through! We sent it back, and when we did get our meals again, it was almost 10 minutes later and yes while now hot it was WELL DONE. Clearly the “chef” had put it in the microwave to reheat it. The waitress admitted that the prime rib had been cooked on the previous Sunday and they were serving it to us three days later. Gross! It wasn’t edible. what can I say, but this place is amazing! great delicious and fresh portions! I've never seen a steak sandwich with a legit steak. not delmonico shaves, I speak a fork and a knife steak that they can bite right in...yum is an understatement. also one of the best salatables of my opinion. the watermelon sangria was delicious and dangerous. very impressed and will surely be back!
