I don 't like writing negative reviews but the fact my situation was dealt with like I was a bother prompted this. Upon entering we were seated quickly (place was almost empty accept a few people at bar). Waiter came over, we ordered, served within a reasonable time. After about 15 mins we ran out of wasabi and needed more. Tried to find waiter but couldn 't so asked hostess to get him. Instead, the miserable bartender came over with a scowl on her face. We asked for our wasabi and the bartender said to my friend Do you need more chopsticks? We couldn 't figure out why she asked until looking on floor and seeing 1 was dropped. Was it too much trouble for her to PICK IT UP and say, oh you dro...
We had a party of about 20 for a birthday party (half kids). Making a reservation was easy and everything ran so smoothly. Delicious, everyone had fun and the service was notable. We went to Sawa for lunch this Sunday, we sat at the bar and it was disgusting inside. The women 's restroom had tons of built up grime in the stalls and the fruit flies were out of control.
