Ich habe lange Jahre in Osnabrück gewohnt und dabei jedes Mal das Gericht 115 genommen. Ohne Quatsch und jegliche Übertreibung: Das ist die beste Speise, die ich jemals in meinem Leben genießen durfte. Und mittlerweile habe ich schon bei ein paar Sterneköchen gegessen, deren Essen zweifellos gut und außergewöhnlich war, aber mich geschmacklich nicht vom Hocker gehauen hat. Dieses Urteil (115 bestes Gericht) revidiere ich gern, sobald ich was besseres esse, das ist aber seit 15 Jahren nicht passiert.
