We were the first time in Say Cheese 3 years ago and were thrilled. Mega ambience, competent staff, very good food and wine. Today we were back, unfortunately it was not comparable. Inconsistent staff, arborof which was simply sour and also quite turbid (have also complained), the food was tastefully ok but nothing special (bread was too big cut and not crispy, fondue should be with tomato paste, but tasted like normal fondues, too ordered vegetables portions were unfortunately much too small for the price). Not to mention the ambience it was cold, noisy and the background music, which was also quite loud and also not quite suitable for the title selection, did their rest in order not to cre...
We had booked Christmas at the say cheese in Grenzach, then it was said that we were in Lörrach. There was a pure chaos. Except for the fondue, which was tastefully ok, I wouldn't go again. I know that say cheese from earlier and it was a lot better. Appetizers too small, too little staff. And it's hard to hold. So, unfortunately, a disappointment.
