Additionally, the waitress seemed unclear about the prices, which didn’t help matters. While it’s understandable that prices may change due to economic factors, this doesn't excuse the discrepancies. Regarding the food, the torta was advertised at $8.99 but ended up costing $9.99. It was served hot on the outside but cold in the middle. The decaffeinated coffee seemed to be made from instant powder and wasn’t stirred properly, leaving grains in it. The tacos were listed at $2.25 but charged at $2.50, once again constituting false advertising. On a positive note, the ambiance is quite nice for a small eatery, beautifully reflecting traditional Mexican culture with its decor and music. How...

You absolutely must try this hidden gem! First off, their Aguas frescas are the most delightful I've ever had – I ordered the Limonada, and it was fantastic. I also tried a gordita with chicharrón prensado and another with papas con chorizo, both of which were delicious. The bottled salsa had a nice flavor, but I found it a bit too watery for my taste. Overall, I loved the food here; everything was delicious! However, my experience would have been even better if they had served warm chips with homemade salsa while I waited.
The food is genuinely authentic; we enjoyed the tacos, which were fantastic, served on homemade corn tortillas. The Gorditas were flavorful, but the picadillo in spicy sauce was lacking in meat—there were plenty of potatoes but hardly any ground beef. In total, we spent $31 and left satisfied. We plan to return to try more dishes, and I would recommend giving this place a visit at least once.
I ordered the chicken, beef, and pastor tacos, and the pastor was simply amazing—I've never had anything like it! The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but it was well worth the wait. Even though our waitress didn't speak English, she quickly found someone who could help us with our order. I would definitely return! Book a table now
If you haven't visited this restaurant yet, you definitely should! It's fantastic! This cozy little spot serves the best menudo I've ever had, along with homemade tortillas. We also tried the handmade pupusas, loaded with cheese, and the gorditas, which were equally delicious. The service is warm and inviting. I highly recommend it!
The restaurant is quite small, and there was only one waiter handling everything. The food was decent but lukewarm, leaning more towards the cold side. I ordered chilaquiles that came with eggs and beans, but the beans were served cold. On a positive note, the corn tortillas are made fresh on-site.
I paused my meal just to write this review, and I have to say, the food was incredible! I will definitely be returning. I tried the chicken enchiladas verdes, quesadilla platter, and flautas platter. Everything was delicious!
They need to improve; the prices are high compared to other places. A sandwich for $19 is ridiculous. If the waitstaff want tips, they should put in more effort. Book a table now
So good would recommend it’s only 36 dollars
