My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and happened upon Scalpers! It was the best experience ever! We met Courtney and Jess and I am convinced now that Cleveland is top tier. Not only was the service superb , but the welcoming vibe, the respect , and the cocktails were beyond what I expected! Thank you so much Courtney and Jess for making our time in Cleveland amazing! We will be back for sure! Only on the nights you two work though! Seriously thank you!
Absolutely fantastic! This is an ideal spot to relax and watch the games. The customer service is exceptional. It's not a family-friendly place, so it's best to leave the kids at home and fully enjoy the experience! The atmosphere is extremely comfortable. Dawn really understands what customer satisfaction means. Thank you!
I had a nice evening with my coworkers, but there was an issue with my food. The bartenders never delivered it, yet I was still charged for it. They did remove the charge after I mentioned it, but I ended up going home hungry. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience.
I was about to ask the bartender if they make their own onion rings, but it seems like they're preoccupied with something serious—perhaps a funeral or a liposuction procedure. I'm not quite sure. As for the food here… Book a table now
I ordered the Scalpers Mix and the Hot Garlic sauces. Both were tasty, and the wings were of average size. Picking up my order was a breeze. However, $17 for a dozen wings feels a bit steep...
The food was very good, large portions, well prepared. The service was prompt. The establishment is small but inviting. I would go back for the food alone.
