I spent the months of June and July in Pluvinger a really friendly and sociable town. On several occaisons after walking around the town sampling a wine or three I settled with my pal at The Scampi for a late eveng bite usually a pizza. Always freshly cooked of really good quality with fresh ingredients,margerita or ham cheese and mushroom being my preferred options. The Scampi has a range of beers wines and cider I usually settled on cider brut or the house red both very acceptable and good value. The Scampi is open throughout the week and till late evening. if visiting Pluvigner then put this on your list of places to visit.
We had a lovely couple of meals....one as a take away and one in the restaurant. Was a lovely atmosphere..great food, lovely staff...and we all had a lovely time. Definitely recommend! Kids really enjoyed it too. Hope we can come back some day.
Lunch is very acceptable and a decent price. Buffet starter, good size main course and pleasant desserts. Wine included. Stiff competition from neighbouring restaurants suggests that better value or other differentiation required to be viable.
Really a nice discovery. The staff is smiling, coming and attentive. Thank you to the English for not honoring their reservation, it allowed us to taste the good pizzas, burger... We'll be back with pleasure.
