We discovered a new favorite Italian restaurant! From start to finish, our experience yesterday was fantastic. We were in search of an authentic, family-run establishment that has remained unchanged over the years, and we found exactly that. We were warmly greeted and seated promptly, even without a reservation. The service was exceptional - as a vegan, the waitress knew exactly how to accommodate my dietary needs without any hassle. My family has been dining at Scarantino's Italian restaurants since they first opened in 1949, first at Dino's in Pasadena and now at Scarantino's in Glendale. We always start off with a delicious minestrone soup, followed by a green salad with a fantastic garlic dressing. And then there's my personal favorite: the lasagna. I have never had lasagna that made me smile so much, it's both light and rich at the same time. I highly recommend it!
Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant! I have been dining here with my wife and her family for ten years, and they have been coming here for over forty years. This restaurant is a great choice for a relaxed dinner. We were visiting town for just one evening and this place was conveniently located near our hotel. The atmosphere is quiet and has a nice local feel. We really liked the ravioli and the wine, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

We are from.out of town and landed here for dinner. It was our best meal in los Angeles!! All the food was delicious, the customer service amazing and a nice atmosphere. This will be a must return on all of our return trips to the area!
