The deli food is great, but the woman at the front counter lacks friendliness and customer service skills. It's quite off-putting. I’ve been going to this deli 2-3 times a week for the past two years, and while the food is enjoyable, I don’t think I'll be returning. During my last few visits, she has aggressively placed my sandwich on the table and served other customers before me, even after I had been waiting for 5-10 minutes. It feels like she’s constantly in a bad mood, which frankly is disappointing.
Emerging like a Phoenix from the remnants of Villarina, the new Scarduzio's Deli is fantastic. Many of the salads and sandwiches have made a return to the menu, which is wonderful for those of us who loved them. I genuinely believe that the pizza is even better now, which is a significant compliment. The service is consistently helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Excellent food! I've been visiting this location for years, even before Scarduzio took over. However, customer service can really impact your experience. The older lady at the cash register is quite rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. Because of her poor customer service, I would recommend considering other options.
The torpedo wedges are enormous and absolutely fantastic! They’re definitely worth the wait, but not so great for the waistline. I think it’s time for me to start a diet! Book a table now
If you're looking for a place to enjoy a great pizza, this is the spot! The pizza is delicious, and the service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly.
I have breakfast there almost every day, and I also hired their catering service for my birthday party. Everything was fantastic! Food: 5/5
