This restaurant exudes the charm of a rustic restaurant. Everything was very well maintained and hygienic. Tables with a nice big gap between them. What the landlady has cooked comes to the table. You just choose how many plates you want to be served. We cook with regional products. Each course explains where the ingredients come from. Once again I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back to Schäfli soon.
If you don’t want to feel like a customer which pass by to satisfy his hunger, but rather a guest invited for an adventure of flavors this is the right place. And trust me it is not only the food, which leaves you overwhelmed…the atmosphere and the charm of this place, just unforgettable.
Very warm welcome although the staff had their hands full, Ms. Büsser(? took care of my concerns in a touching way. Will definitely stop by again.
