Ein lokaler Gasthof im schwäbischen wie er sein soll. Ich habe das Restaurant Schlachthofbräu in Nürtingen zum zweiten Mal aufgesucht und war wieder positiv erfreut als ich den Laden verließ. Es ist ein ehemaliger Schlachthof in dem viele Tische stehen. Es gibt Holztische, hohe Decken einen großen Tresen und eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre mit vielen Gästen. In Nürtingen nahe Neckar und Altstadt liegt dieses Restant mit sehr gutem Essen ob Fleischgerichte oder vegetarisch alles sehr gut . Empfehlen kann ich Rostbraten mit Brot und geschmorte Zwiebel . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu erwähnen die Corona Regeln wurden vorbildlich umgesetzt ohne für den Gast lästig zu wirken . Wir kommen gerne wieder her ,hier ist gut zu sein.

Nettes Ambiente aber eher unter durchschnittliches Essen. Rostbraten in Medium Rare bestellt und durchgebraten bekommen, dazu war er noch sehr klein. Ich hab der Dame das gesagt sie wollte ihn umtauschen aber ich hab ihn gegessen weil ich Hunger hatte. Preise ziemlich happig für das was man bekommt. was there for the first time - I liked the ambiente very well. inside the converted slaughterhouse has the flair of a brewhouse, the outside area is equal to a beer garden....you sit under a chestnut group, which gives enough shade in summer. no 5-star menu but also no food. well, partly rustic, Swabian cuisine meets other national dishes.I liked it and that means: I come back.
An old slaughterhouse is converted to restaurant with preservation of the industrial atmosphere. A busy restaurant with mostly a lot of meat on the map. Good quality but not sublime. Chewed beer was really good, house wine rimp isn't fantastic. Very friendly staff. The acoustics aren't good and it's hard to understand each other.
we have been there several times, partly with family, partly also business. eating is not particularly worth mentioning. tastes sometimes according to Convenience kitchens, especially the sauces. the beer is very good.
