Schloss Auerbach - Table reservation

The schloss stands proud at the top of the hill and can be seen for miles as you approach it. The road up to Schloss Auerbach is a great cork screw ride going round and round as you climb the hill through trees, the car...park is just short of the Schloss around up a steep hill (not a easy push for a wheel chair or pram). I had a very good dinner with a large group of people including some entertainment parts that were organized by the restaurant staff. The food is traditional old-german food with beer or water. The restaurant is next to the medieval castle from where you have...a nice view into the Rhine-valley.

Good local food and plenty of options in the drinks menu- beer and wine from the region. A traditional medieval dinner feast is offered by late fall and previous reservations are required. This was a true back in history' meal!
