A colleague made a reservation for us at this location for a night. Step inside and the following adjectives come to mind: quaint, romantic, quiet, country, historic, and charming. We arrived early for check-in, and the friendly staff was able to give us our room. Rooms were more spacious than I expected and came with all necessary basic amenities (except for an ironing board, but the front desk was able to provide). We had an event in Salzburg, but the hotel is located on the outskirts and it was a 20 minute ride to our event. The rooms are nice, a comfortable bed and spacious. But needs a work desk for business trips. The service is great but there is sometimes self-service without warning like check-in or wine. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 4
