Normally i like service industry workers. But these ones here are just idiots. They constantly interrupt whenever im trying to order and theyre RUDE. I ordered a hot ham and cheese with no cheese because i dont like it and this lady said “whatever”. Give me what i frickin order. I ordered another hot ham and cheese today with no cheese, mustard, or tomato. They gave me no lettuce or olives and put cheese and tomato on the sandwich and the guy just kept interrupting. He even read back the order and STILL got it wrong. Will not be coming here EVER again. Do better.
Came here for lunch. I’ve never ate here before so I really didn’t know what was good. Im not sure if the lady helping me was just having a rough day but she wasn’t the most helpful. I try to always be as nice as possible to folks. Just was hoping for better service. Food was good but staff just all look like they hate their lives. Nobody is forcing u to work there . Also asked for jalapeño bread and got sour dough. Didn’t feel like going back in and asking for what I ordered. Didn’t wanna deal with them anymore. Don’t recommend bc of the service and lack of.
Let me start off by saying I love Schlotskys. Today was the exception tho. Several customers were waiting on food and the staff wasn't on top of the bags on the counter. Seems they were more focus on the box meals they were dealing with. My bag sat on the counter for 10 minutes cause no one knew what it was, no number to indicate. Staff had to take it out to verify what it was. Staffing wasn't an issue so that excuse can't be use it was just managements incompetence to handle a large order and manage their lobby.
I had never eaten here before, but I’m glad I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the chicken ranch bacon calzone, and it was really delicious. The reason for the four-star rating is that the crust was overcooked, which I didn't enjoy, so I ended up peeling off the entire outer layer. My stepdaughter had a pizza, and she said it was very tasty. I took a bite, and it was truly delightful. Overall, I hope you all enjoy your meals and that Schlotzsky's gets the bread just right next time. Enjoy!

The food itself is probably great and everything. But management is ridiculous if they are trying to have someone come work for them and then wait an hour to talk to a manager for an interview. They told me the hiring manager then left without saying a word to me while I was waiting. It is very unprofessional, and I will never come back
I am very disappointed in the customer service i experienced. I had a reward in the app in which i redeemed and the timer was actively counting down for a free chips and small drink and they told me that my ACTIVE reward was expired and made me feel very minuscule, didn’t offer any kind of help with the matter.
I ordered a veggie flatbread at drive thru for lunch, waited a minimum of 15-20 minutes.. when the nice staff member handed my order to me, it was the veggie pizza, rather than flatbread. I thought, okay at least it will be piping hot bc I waited so long, but no.. it was cold!! Ugh..
The food was excellent; my wife really enjoyed the tomato basil soup, and I absolutely love their sandwich bread. I would have given it a full 5 stars, but unfortunately, the employees were rude to my daughter.

Girl at counter was a bit rude. Tables dirty. Turkey sandwich was to smoky and cinnamon bun was a little dry. Firs experience here was not good. And it’s not busy. Sorry
