Great food horrible customer service. Owners should send current workers to a 5 day customer service training at the Chick fil A academy. Walked in 10 minutes before closing and we were greeted by a gentleman that always hangs out in the dining area who by the way was outside blowing his nose on the Schlotzsky's trash can it was so disgusting we should've left after hearing the guy almost blow his brains out after we walked in the nose blower told us they were already closed, the other 2 employees never even came out of the kitchen as soon as we got in our car the 2 employees came out of the kitchen and turned off the open sign 10 minutes before closing. Stopped by for dinner, it was not very crowded. Place is clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. Service was quick and food was delicious. I ordered a medium turkey with avocado, cracked pepper chips and Rasberry drink. Austin based company so I am familiar with them.
We order from here a few times a month for our staff and family. I am a big fan our sandwiches are labeled and always hot if they are supposed to be) . Order ahead and save yourself some time. I recommend them highly .
