Five of us visited Gasthof Schuessel this last Saturday evening. We had a wonderful evening with excellent food and service. Firstly, I loved the food, its high quality, freshly made Swiss dishes with a stamp of personality from the chef. I had the calves liver in Maderia sauce with Rosti....absolutely delicious. Others in our group had the steak or the fish and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a simple sorbet for dessert and it was perfect. The service from Thomas is attentive, friendly and welcoming, a real professional who clearly loves what he does. In addition he was supported by a young women who I believe is the daughter of the owner, she too was excellent. This is a great restau...
