I think room 913 was it. The room at 30 degrees a disaster, feels 40 degrees hot without climate. The entrance into the shower so tight that just one leg fits through. Breakfast good, lunch was okay (sweet were cold), dinner disgusting. I've never eaten anything like that before. I didn't taste anything at the buffet. Even the carrot salad was from the can. Generally, the hotel would need a renovation of the rooms. Service personnel look very sloppy and untreated. Cocktail bar was good. In the training room you could not cool the entire room below 30 degrees with a tiny air conditioning. The 4-star rating of the hotel must have bought them, otherwise I can't explain.
table reservation has not worked out, it was not a table reserved for us. but then they got one after the waiter first started to cheer. at the beginning service good, then very weak, when the restaurant was full. the carving was good, but the imperial marrini was terrible and he was not flamboyed as it was shown on the map.
a very nice restaurant with beautiful service and very good food. the staff is very friendly, friendly and helpful everywhere (from check-in to leave the house next to the restaurant we also booked the hotel). the house is highly recommended.
