Schnabel ́s restaurant. where to start? the dishes are delicious, without schischi and often influenced by Saarland influences. the portions are not too small and not too large. the processed products come from the region and there are numerous business relationships with regional producers (farmers, metzgers, hunters, cheeses, ..jürgen schnabel, a native seven-citizen sachse (so comes from Romania), is not only a wineer who likes to recommend even once weine from Moldova or Romanians, but above all a pleasantly hospitable person we always feel comfortable and have been in his restaurant for years. a visit is recommended in any case.
