Even if the operator is no longer Erich Schneider, but has changed for the second time, the products are absolutely super and simply delicious. I hope it doesn't happen to the current operator just as its predecessor would be very bad. Because the sausages/ meat products are really only recommended and the employees are also very nice and can give a specialist information. What is very important is that the current operator has re-established the employees who have been working there for a long time, which I personally find very beautiful and commendable. All in all a top butcher shop where you are very happy to buy and which is worth supporting and preserving.
