This is a fantastic local bar! Their specials are as follows: On Mondays, you can get $1 domestic beers; on Tuesdays, $1.50 shots; Wednesdays also feature $1.50 shots; Thursdays offer $2 mixed drinks; Fridays have $2.50 bomb shots; Saturdays continue with $2.50 bomb shots; and on Sundays, you can enjoy $1.50 domestic beer bottles.
Great place to watch some hockey and have a few drinks with old friends! I make sure to visit every time I'm in Texas City! The pool table is also fun to show up and dart the dart board is good for flairtin'! I made the free beer tokens in a key chain: I will pay out next time!! Luv y'all!
As someone whose family has owned a bar since 1989, I know the ins and outs of the business and can confidently say that Shooners has the worst service, ambiance, and clientele in the area. Kudos to the owners of Shooners for allowing this to happen.

The bartender was excellent! Although we felt like the oldest group in the bar, the staff was very attentive and polite.
