I've never been there, but I want to say something about sausage salad and flies.... It is actually the case that in certain places the sausage salad is made with Lyon sausage. Personally, I prefer it with Servelat, but you could ask beforehand instead of complaining about it. It is also completely normal that there are a lot of flies in the country where there are animals. It's not the landlord's fault. If you're that sensitive, it's better to stay at home. All people done right is an art that no one can do.
