in the frame of our 4-day bike tour led us the way around the midday time into the beautiful city backnang; the seats outside are beautiful, but lie in a street, so that it can be a bit windy, depending on the weather conditions; very friendly, attentive service; the matjes offered on the midday card (11 €) were butterfly, on an apple yogurt(?) dressing with little swirling, with small pell potatoes => delicious; the sausage salad (wurst, cheese, vinegar in a good ratio) with bratkartoffeln => very delicious. Conclusion: a visit is worthwhile (for sure also in the evening:-))!

the prices are salted. you get a stiff service and good meat. However, I have eaten the same pfeffersteak in 3 different restaurants, unfortunately the price performance was the worst and the taste too. real cola there is also not only a funny substitute drink. I don't care, but I didn't know. if you want to be used for the first time and pay a lot for it you can go, but you get better and cheaper at the italian 100 m. the ambiente is great, vaulted.
it was the Christmas dinner of the department: very festive, very elegant, but also very elevated. the wine card is exceptional and also the selection of food and recommended for the season. about the design of the card you can argue. but tastes are different and I found at least the culinary real delusion!
There is a great kitchen that I can strongly recommend when I spend some time in this town and start looking for different flavors. presentation flavor and service should not be forgotten in the fineness and kindness of wonderful waiters.
