Update 8.2.2024: Vor zwei Jahren, bzw vor Corona, bin ich ein bis zwei mal pro Woche hier gewesen. Seit dem Betreiberwechsel gab es etliche Preiserhöhungen bei gleichzeitig sinkender Qualität der Zubereitung. Mittlerweile sind meine Lieblingsgerichte um 90% Prozent im Preis gestiegen , Kartoffelpü mit Leberkäse und zwei Spiegeleiern auf €18.90 gestiegen und es gibt nur noch 1 Spiegelei, der dazu gehörige Salat wurde auf ein Minimum reduziert... Das Omelette mit Hackfleisch war letztes Mal komplett missraten und soll jetzt 16.90€ kosten... ebenfalls eine Preissteigerung von 80 Prozent... Ob Gier, Unfähigkeit oder Anderes der Grund ist, egal... mir tuen die Mitarbeiter leid... Gerade wollte ic...

we were in black peter without reservation for dinner and had luck that just a table was released. I therefore recommend a reservation at least at the weekend. the ambiente is ancient and fits very well to the local. the menu offers besides the normal good bourgeois kitchen, seasonal dishes and drinks, so we decided to make a self-made ingwerlimonade. from eating we can especially recommend you dishes with bratkartoffeln and the egg cake in herzhafter form. both dishes are served with a fresh salad that is very tasty.The service was super friendly and very attentive despite the full house.The price/performance ratio is overall good. the above-mentioned dishes are on average below 10€.We are...

restaurant should not be listed as gluten-free. they have no special gluten-free eating. they are like any restaurant and offer 3-4 "from natural gluten-free" items. I was very disappointed to make a special trip there to try their gluten-free menu, just to learn that they do nothing special after making it clear to me that gluten flour is. Apart from all the non-glue-free thing, it is a sweet restaurant with an intimate garden outdoors. it's a place to go to the locals. I had the bratkartoffels and cheese (one of the 4 options) and it was very nice.

Das Essen war nicht besonders „groß“,, aber dafür unglaublich lecker! Ich hatte das vegetarische Schnitzel und es war so knusprig! Die Bratkartoffeln waren wir einen Ticken zu salzig. Ansonsten finde ich die Portionsgröße angemessen und die heutigen Preise sind einfach etwas teurer. Das Service war leider etwas „langsam“. Kam kaum vorbei um nochmals Bestellungen aufzunehmen und dann hat es für die zweite Runde an Getränken auch sehr lange gedauert : schade! Aber ansonsten komme ich gerne wieder! Book a table now

were now 3 times where you had to wait an hour each time to sit in the outside area. that was not because it was not theoretically a place to go, but because the owners refuse to open the beer garden (at 30 degrees). but we waited approx. 10 others also on the outside.

Bodenständiges, großes Lokal. Essen war lecker und sehr große Portionen. Preislich deutlich unter den Restaurants in der Innenstadt. Leckeres Bier und freundlicher Service. Würde ich in Heidelberg wohnen könnte ich mir vorstellen hier regelmäßig einzukehren.

Das Essen war gewöhnlich und nichts besonderes, hatten uns mehr versprochen. Service war OK. Ambiente wie es halt an der Straße ist. Die Essen die ausgeteilt wurden sahen aber alle ganz gut aus. Ein zweites Mal wird es wohl nicht geben.

Gut bürgerlich und absolut lecker wie bei Omi. Alles war frisch zubereitet und schön angerichtet. Da schmeckt es gleich nochmal so gut. Handgemacht eben, keine Fertigware. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Book a table now
