Finally, over 4 years have been a guest. The kitchen has once again developed into the unique quality and the perfect craftsmanship. Every dish was just a dream. What amazes me at the time, like today, are the portion sizes and arrangements. Simply appealing dishes, in which one directly runs the water together in the mouth, and in the end one would prefer to pick the plate. Artworks that only look good but do not taste here. The service team is simply indescribable friendly, easy and totally professional, you can fulfill every wish, both at food and drinks. As a young person, I feel totally comfortable here. We had the pleasure of being a guest at the restaurant shortly after the new opening of the new Schwarzwaldstube. I must say it was an absolutely convincing and successful evening. Even if the staff pointed out that there might be small inconveniences as there is a new restaurant, we have almost nothing to do with it. The service was of course outstanding, the dishes at the highest level. You just notice to the team that they have fun with the business and pleasure of the customer, that is very convincing. The restaurant and the team definitely all the best, we definitely come back!
