We walked in on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and were quickly seated. This restaurant is very close to the Saint Nicholas cathedral in Fribourg. The food was excellent. My wife had the deer medaillon (chevreuil) and I had the vegetarian mushroom fregola sarda, both delicious. Above all was the most excellent service Laura took really great care of us. If you happen to be in Fribourg, you must give this restaurant a chance to amaze you.
We came to the restaurant thinking that there was a menu like the one advertised, instead of going to the restaurant opposite, something less interesting and more expensive. After bringing us the menu and the drink, they told us that there was only a menu for one person, instead of having told us this at the beginning, as soon as we arrived.
