We walked in on a Friday afternoon without a reservation and were quickly seated. This restaurant is very close to the Saint Nicholas cathedral in Fribourg. The food was excellent. My wife had the deer medaillon (chevreuil) and I had the vegetarian mushroom fregola sarda, both delicious. Above all was the most excellent service Laura took really great care of us. If you happen to be in Fribourg, you must give this restaurant a chance to amaze you.
Very good and delicate cuisine I just found the quantities a little light. (Evening with 8 friends and everyone was almost still hungry...
