You can't go wrong with ice cream—it's simply delicious! Today, there was only one person serving at the counter, and customers were lined up out the door. We waited outside until there was enough space to get in. It took about 20 minutes for us to finally get our cones, but the young man behind the counter never stopped working. He was polite, efficient, and moved quickly the entire time. It's impressive, especially considering that most people his age wouldn't have handled it so well, and many adults would have been overwhelmed.
My husband and I have been visiting Scoops for over 15 years now. We make a day trip from Fort Wayne just for the ice cream because it truly is the best! All the owners have always been incredibly friendly, including the current one. We have only been disappointed a couple of times when they were closed. I'm also excited that they are dog-friendly! We always tell everyone they absolutely must go to Madison for some gigantic scoops of Scoops ice cream!
Delicious ice cream! If I had realized that I was leaving a review, I would have taken a photo of my bowl of waffles. A single serving was quite substantial for me! The staff was incredibly friendly and really helpful in choosing which ice cream to try.

I got the Buckeye Blitz and it reminded me of my great aunts buckeyes that she would make for Christmas. It really reminded me of the feeling of home during the holidays.
