The woman at the reception was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Despite having my small dog with me, she managed to find us a cozy and warm room. I was incredibly grateful, as I would have had to sleep in my car otherwise, which wouldn't have been ideal, especially since I was traveling alone with my dog. I will always remember the Scots Eck Hotel fondly for their kindness and accommodation. I would definitely recommend staying there without hesitation!
The area features a wide selection of large sandwiches at a pasty kiosk, along with options from Greggs, Costa, and Burger King. There's plenty of parking available as well.
