I opted to dine in and was thoroughly impressed with my waitress, Caitlin. She kept my iced tea filled to the brim and brought out a fresh and hot basket of complimentary hush puppies. I absolutely love the food at this restaurant. Every item on the menu is incredibly tempting, and I find myself visiting quite frequently now. My favorites include the dirty rice, grilled catfish, and crawfish étouffée. The gumbo is also very good, although I did notice a slight hint of tomato, which I'm not used to.
