Where do I even begin? For one, their eftpos machine wasn't working which they didn't tell you until you had already been lining up to order for five minutes and the advertised "fresh juice" is bottled. Breakfast was cold and greasy, the bread wasn't toasted and appeared to be leftover from bread baskets from the night before and the coffee was terrible with huge globs of foam.
I don't know if they were just struggling with a busy mother's day rush, but I would rate it less than one star if I could. It's like they weren't even trying.
In fairness i cannot rate their food as we never even managed to order. We walked in with two woman walking straight past us whilst we waited;ok clearly we need to find a table. Another woman just stared at us. Went to get menus and again not one acknowledgement. I spoke loud enough for them both to hear to see if we would get served.... nothing. We got our things and said i was going somewhere else where they were nice and polite... still nothing. Doesn't take much for a smile or a hello. Wont try this place again.

Wow, if I had read the reviews before going here, I would not have gone.However, I dined at Scuzzi the other night with no preconceptions & had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly & the food was good. I had the pasta with prawns, broccoli & chilli in a honey butter sauce. It was a great combination & there were plenty of prawns which is uncommon. My friend & I came back for a coffee after we'd been to the cinema. The manager kindly remembered us and gave us our drinks on the house which was really lovely.
Hubby suggested here for lunch saying years ago use to come here with business reps and was always great. Wow not now dirty table home made lasagna was nothing more than pasta sheets and tin tomatoes Lambrusco on wine list but had none wine fridge was near empty and older lady serving us really needs to go to customer service school totally rude. We would not recommend going here.
Service wasn't friendly. It was warm inside which is really the only reason I ordered. Next mistake. No gluten free food and a very average, weak hot chocolate with odd tasting milk. This place did used to be good. Don't think I'll bother again.
Went for brunch recently with family and it was lovely the prices were a bit high but for area it was not that bad I enjoyed the poached eggs with hollandaise sauce but coffee was in too small cups for me.

Big breakfast was cold and bland, very dated interior and menu. Don't know how a place like this can survive given rising Cafe standards in Adelaide.
