We came for my friend's birthday. It was extremely disappointing. The food was awful and overpriced. There was also a limited choice. The Caesar salad was awful and full of yellow salads that made it bitter. I haven't been to the restaurant in years and it's clearly gone downhill. I spoke to a friend and he had the same opinion. Service was ok but slow. Actually the busboy forgot to give one of us water and when we asked for it, he argued with us and said he had given it. It was really a waste of Moey, but more importantly, ruined the birthday party.
The view is amazing, but the food is terrible. I ordered two steaks and the well-made one was completely burned and the middle good was more rare than middle. The friend didn't touch her food and the staff didn't offer any alternatives. We ordered the mushroom soup hoping it might just be the steaks, but that was worse than the steak. The staff didn't even offer to take any of our bill, which is fine, but I don't recommend this hotel. After a $ 120 bill, I went to McDonalds.
My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant had great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver, and it was definitely true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly cooked with a spicy dip sauce and the bread served was warm and tasty. The service of everyone working there was professional and courteous. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must see" on my next visit.
We had a group of six and the service was fantastic. They didn't feel rushed when a couple of our guests got into traffic and were late, but the waiter made our waiting pleasant and understood our situation. I would definitely recommend it for a special occasion.

I called and asked for a window seat, as did relatives from New Zealand. I was happy to see we were accommodated. Fantastic view, not noisy like many restaurants and adequate valet parking. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.
meh .. just ok everyone is talking about this place like it's the bomb but i definitely didn't get the wow factor. great view on a nice day but that's about it.
The food was great but disappointed we didn't sit outside as we made the reservation days in advance and called in the morning to request it.
