I was quite disappointed with my experience at Seafood Island. I ordered a Meatball Penne Bowl without the meatballs and was told it would be $10. However, when I visited today and placed the same order, I was quoted a price of $15. I mentioned to the cashier that I had paid $10 just a few days prior, but the manager on duty insisted that the price was $15 whenever he is working. This kind of unethical business practice is concerning, and I believe this establishment should be reported to the Department of Business Affairs. While the cashier was courteous throughout the situation, the manager was rude and offered no apology. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
My food was prepared quickly, and the woman at the front was very friendly. The dishes were delicious and perfectly seasoned. Since I'm new to the area, I will definitely come back when I'm craving seafood. I ordered the crab boil, which included shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. My only suggestion is that they should have an online menu available; currently, it's only accessible through delivery services like Grubhub and Uber Eats.
I have a seafood allergy I ordered a veggie tray (Like I’ve always have) never had any problems until today where the worker “Omar” cross contaminated my food which resulted in whole body breaking out into hives and throat itching and my lip’s swelling I went and asked for a manager he said he was the manager asked for higher authorities information he told me he’s not giving me anything.
I am really disappointed! The food is prepared very early in the morning and served throughout the day. I ordered three pans of seafood and extra sauce, spending over $100. Unfortunately, the crab legs were watery, the eggs were actually green, and the potatoes were mashed. Don't waste your money here! Book a table now
Ive been going here for a few years now. I had a problem with the discoloration of the crab i requested a refund they went in the back rinsed the food off put it in a new pan with season .i will never spend $70 again their inconsidered and disrespectful. I refuse to ever go back
Last night I ordered the $125 bundle, which included shrimp, snow crab, corn, potatoes and broccoli. It was so fresh and awesome! I will definitely order again. The staff is great, very friendly.Mrs. ONeal
Worst place ever. Do not waste your time food over cooked spent to much money for a small meal then want you to pay for hot sauce. Well never be back
