We have been going to this restaurant for years but it has changed. We ordered the 5 ounce filet mignon which came out looking like 3 ounces. It made me want to yell Where’s the beef? The beef was tasty and the appetizers were good. Nothing outstanding about the food. My real “beef” with the restaurant is the service. The waiter took my unfinished drink before I was done. The bus person literally stared at us while eating and as soon as I dropped my fork he swooped in to take my plate despite others still eating. The Sear House restaurant provided excellent food but lacked in service. I had a reservation for 6:30 PM on Mother's Day. I understand that service may be slower on holidays, but it seemed like they had overbooked. Upon arrival, the hostess was busy and we couldn't check in for our reservation. Once we were finally able to speak with her, we were still put on a waiting list for a table. It felt like our reservation was not honored. When we were seated, two out of the three of us did not have bread plates and one of us was missing a butter knife. We had a reservation for 4:45 but were not seated until 5:40. It was Mother's Day and the restaurant was very busy. Instead of being seated in the main dining room as planned, we were placed in a private party room that was crowded with many people. Despite these issues, it is important to acknowledge the positive aspects. The female owner apologized multiple times for the delay caused by another table arriving late and staying longer than expected. She even treated us to drinks and dessert as a gesture of goodwill. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. I will consider returning on a non-holiday occasion.

Our waitress seemed a bit green. We ordered a Mezcal Margarita, it came back as a regular Margarita and then when we sent it back she said there isn't any Mezcal. Food was decent. A bit loud but all in all a decent experience.
This is a beautiful restaurant. I have been there many times from lunch, happy hour, dinner, special occasions. Waiter Alberlino is very attentive. Always a good time when I go there. Highly recommended.
Food was solid and the service was good but we felt like we were being rushed out. Plates were being collected while we were still finishing up our meals.
