The location of the hotel is excellent — very scenic and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is basic but good, and a nice plus to start the day. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing, especially with how the hotel handled a baby crib request. The reservation was made through Amex Travel, who had also called the hotel in advance to request a crib for us. When we arrived, staff first claimed there had been no request. After Amex followed up, the hotel admitted they had in fact received it. Still, they refused to provide the crib without charging 25 CHF per night, arguing that because the reservation only listed two adults and not a baby, they had to enforce the...
We booked a room here last minute. Service was great we were able to get right into our room. Room was pretty basic. No frills, but it was peaceful, clean met our needs for the night. Parking was available onsite as well. The views of the lake were beautiful from the 4th floor. We walked downtown to look for a place to have dinner. Most options were about 3/4 mile away but we enjoyed the sites and being outside. I’d recommend staying here if you are traveling in the area.

레이크뷰로 예약했고, 예약사이트에 레이크뷰로 명시되어있지만 “체크인 당시 레이크뷰가 아니라며 다른 객실로 안내받음“ 이처럼 체크인 오류에 대한 대처가 아쉬움. 또한, 객실이 상당히 좁고 불편함.. 돈 좀 더주고 다른 호텔 가세여.. 동양인이 예약하면 국적은 China로 기입해서 체크인 진행하더라구요..국적확인 제대로 안함.
