I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with half meatballs. They called to inform me that they were out of pepperoni—seriously, a pizzeria without pepperoni? I then asked for ground beef instead. I requested garlic powder, but the person said they didn't have garlic butter. I clarified that I wanted garlic powder, and he then said, "Oh yes, we have that." When I finally got the pizza, it was overloaded with meatballs and other meats. Honestly, it was the worst pizza I've ever had. The cheese bread had no flavor at all. You definitely won't see me there again—this was my first and last visit.
Tonight, my wife and I ordered two baked lasagnas and barbecue chicken bread. When I sat down to eat my lasagna, I thought I had found a burnt piece of cheese. Turns out it was not that at all—there was a huge chunk of hair in my food! I’m glad I grabbed it with my fingers instead of my fork, or I would have been really disgusted. I was unhappy and still hungry, but I managed. This morning, my wife called to explain the situation to the general manager, but he was rude and actually questioned whether that was really hair. It was the worst experience!
We entered the restaurant to enjoy some pizza and found the atmosphere warm and inviting at first. However, after placing our order, we discovered that the air conditioning in the dining room was broken. When I mentioned this to a staff member and suggested they should put a notice on the door to inform customers, he reacted indignantly. I won't be returning there again; I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. His lack of manners and indifference were disappointing. It's a disappointing way to run a business.
Overall, I’ve had positive experiences at this location. However, there was one instance that has made me rethink things. I placed a delivery order, but received the wrong items. When I called, I was offered either a replacement order or a credit for the price difference since the item delivered was more expensive than what I had originally ordered. I opted for the credit, but I’m still waiting for it to be processed.

When I opened my order to eat, the tuna sub smelled and tasted incredibly fresh, and the toppings were great. The fries were hot, and I loved the seasoning they used on them. And of course, my fresh, crunchy garden salad with blue cheese was delicious—I really enjoy a nice, cold salad.

This location is definitely better than the one on the main street. However, they do have a habit of forgetting things. When we ordered last night, they omitted my hot sauce and didn’t include the rolls that were supposed to come with our meals. They really need to be more attentive.
Kevin is incredible; he went above and beyond our expectations with his exceptional customer service skills. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding display of top-quality service.
It's an average dining experience. The waitress appeared somewhat irritated by our visit. The food is decent, but I would rather opt for takeout next time.
