Very disappointed by the waiter. On arrival at 3.15pm we waited to be seated, waiter shouted over to us were we in for food or a drink, we confirmed we were just in for coffee, to which he replied Do you know we shut at 4pm? . We took our seat and waited to be served, after 2 tables that arrived after us, getting served before us, I asked said waiter if we could order to which he replied I forgot you were even there . After that he apologised every time he came near the table, but in the most insincere manner. I recently visited this restaurant for lunch a few weeks ago, and I apologize for the delayed review! It was fantastic! The location is convenient, right across from the ferry terminal. Although parking was busy due to the holiday weekend, we found a pay-and-display lot near the Suzuki garage. The lunch we had was excellent! My wife ordered the chicken pakora wrap, which was generously sized and just the right amount of spicy. I tried the spicy chicken fillet burger, and it was delicious! My wife enjoyed a pink gin and lemonade, while I opted for an Americano coffee as I was the designated driver. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast at McCaskies cafe in Wemyss Bay . Lovely breakfast in small cafe ,lovely views of ferry terminal and water front Nice quality ingredients from butchers shop which is adjoining Friendly service ,fair price for breakfast given quality of ingredients Handy for Ferry terminal and near by caravan park where we were staying I would highly recommend cafe as good a breakfast as I have had if I was local would be a regular breakfast venue
