I went to eat a couscous at the opening of the SEBAOU and I was pleasantly surprised (see the pre-2015 reviews). I went back and was very disappointed. The couscous is always prepared with fresh products, especially carrots, turnips and celery in branches, but I did not find cabbage, zucchini or peppers. Chickpeas are always served separately. The lamb mouse is perfect. So much for the positive. Unfortunately, couscous has lost all its flavors and fragrances. To be honest, it's bland. Bringing out the flavors of a couscous is an art. Of course the harissa is offered at the table, but that's not what makes a good couscous. It is not a question of mixing different spices without decorum, but a...
