We were guests in the beautiful garden today. Location great. service weak. To pay we had to go to the buffet because no one came to the table. Coupe Romanoff was served with frozen strawberries and chocolate sauce. Caramel coupe was served with cream although they ordered without it. When we made the complaint we were told something like that wasn't possible! (So we're liars? Not even an apology came. Such a hotel and restaurant management is not for us guests.
